Our in-house tooling and pattern making facility for vacuum forming give us total control of any project from the initial design concept to finished product. Whether designing, prototyping, producing large quantities of simple trays or forming and assembling multiple parts you will find same attention to details, quality and personnel service is always present. We have the capacity of vacuum forming part size up to 40” x 72” x 14’ deep draw of wall thickness ½”. Materials: ABS, Lexan, Plexiglas, HDPE, PVC, PETG etc.

Chemplast, Inc. has the capability of compression molding carbon fiber reinforced Peek, PTFE, PPS, PI, PEI to near net shape or blank rods, tubes or blocks.

Chemplast, Inc. is also dedicated to the production of Thermoset, FRP and elastomeric materials compression molding. Our offering includes phenolic, melamine, polyester, SMC, BMC, Silicon, Viton, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM material. UL recognized, NEMA, MIL. Spec and high temperature (220C) material are available.

We can mold up to 72” x 42” x 24’ size parts. Thermosetting plastics possess excellent electrically isolative properties because they can not burn, only decompose.
